Mileage Policy

To ensure I can provide top-quality care while covering travel costs, the following mileage policy applies:

• Free Travel Radius: Travel within a 10-mile radius of Seattle 98107 is included in my standard service rates.

• Additional Mileage Fee: For locations beyond the 10-mile radius, a mileage fee of $0.67 per mile will be applied (round trip).

• Emergency or Last-Minute Calls: Mileage for emergency or short-notice bookings (within in 48 hours) will be charged at $0.75 per mile beyond the 10-mile radius.

All mileage is calculated using Google Maps to determine the most direct route.

I understand that life happens, and plans can change. To ensure fairness and the best service for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Notice Requirements

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Fees for Late Cancellations

• Within 48 Hours of Appointment:

  • A fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.

• Same-Day Cancellations:

  • A fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged.

Exceptions

I understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an unforeseen situation, please reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
