1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that working with and around horses involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, kicks, unpredictable reactions to sounds, sudden movements, and other behaviors that may cause injury to individuals or damage to property. By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the services provided by Morgan Zumwalt.

2. Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, agree to release and hold harmless Morgan Zumwalt, Blue Ribbon Equine, from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from or in connection with the grooming or care of my horse(s), whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Veterinary and Emergency Care

I authorize Morgan Zumwalt to seek veterinary care for my horse(s) if deemed necessary during the grooming session or while under their care. I agree to be financially responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred.

4. Condition of the Horse

I certify that my horse(s) is/are in good health and have no known behavioral issues or medical conditions that could pose a risk to themselves or others. I agree to disclose any special needs or conditions prior to the provision of services.

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

I agree to pay all fees associated with the grooming services as outlined in the service agreement. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance, or I may be charged a cancellation fee.

6. Photo Release (Optional)

I grant permission for Morgan Zumwalt to take and use photographs or videos of my horse(s) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertising.
